Short circuit in '99 Honda Accord V6 in driver side low beam headlight...?

I'm having problems with a 1999 Honda Accord V6 that just went through a full inspection for 90,000 miles, so everything should be good in it, except for a short circuit I've noticed in the wiring for the driver side low beam headlight. I've changed the bulb thinking it was bad, but I've decided it's got to be some bad wiring...
