i know how to change the bulb, but the front bumber has to come off of the concordes to get to the headlights. once the bumber is off the whole headlight assembly comes out to change the bulb. why is it like that i dont know, just going by what the book says. doesnt explain how to get the bumber off though.i appreciate some of the answers that i received.How do you take the front bumber off to change the bulb in a 98 concorde?Try this website: If you get the contact numbers, they will be able to assist:
