Changing headlight on Harley Davidson?

I changed my single bulb headlight to a dual bulb headlight. When on high beam only one bulb lights up. Any suggestions as to how to solve this problem?Changing headlight on Harley Davidson?Frie1427 and JT could both be right.....you did not give ANY info as to what you did, what the headlamps were that you installed, etc.

ALWAYS...stae year, make and model and specify exactly what you did and what parts you used.

It's one fo two things, either you wired the high and low beams backwards, or you don't have th correct set-up.Changing headlight on Harley Davidson?sounds like it's miswired , the high beams should be BOTH filiments lit not just oneChanging headlight on Harley Davidson? When you say dual bulb do you also mean dual housing? It would help if you would give the year and model of the bike. Was this a kit or did you piece the parts to do it together? That way I could look at the wiring diagram and give you a fix for it. More than likely that's the way it was designed to be but there is always a way to make both light up.
