Need to know how to change a turn signal bulb ( front Turns signal ) in a 1999 Chevy Cavalier?

The Turn signal is in the bumper I was hoping I wouln't have to pull it off, maybe just move the headlight to get to it.Need to know how to change a turn signal bulb ( front Turns signal ) in a 1999 Chevy Cavalier?pretty sure you have to remove the bumper
