i cant get it to turnHow to change a headlight bulb on a 1990 Honda accord?I have a Honda Accord this is how.First I think you are trying to turn the bulb instead of the ring holding it in.I did the same thing!The ring around it turn it to the left 1/4 turn,that's what locks the bulb in place.How to change a headlight bulb on a 1990 Honda accord?Thanks.
